Seller Terms

1. Who can sell

• Individuals aged 18 or over and registered companies may apply.
• Businesses that are not legal in Pakistan are not allowed on Urbanese.
• The prohibited activities in the Terms & Conditions apply to all sellers.

2. Your vendor account

• Each business type needs its own vendor account.
• You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and your information accurate.
• You can add employees with custom roles that limit what each person can see and do.

3. Registration & verification

• You must provide accurate business, owner, identity and (for companies) company information and documents.
• Some business types require a valid licence, for example a drug sale licence for Pharmacy or a food authority licence for Urban Eats.
• Applications are usually reviewed within 24–48 hours, and the outcome is sent to your registered email.

4. Listings & stock

• Listings are currently free for all vendors. Urbanese may change this offer.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful and kept up to date, including prices and availability.
• New items are reviewed and published once approved by Urbanese.
• Stock is tracked for every business type except Urban Eats.

5. Orders & delivery

• Orders move through Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Handover (ready for delivery), On the way and Delivered.
• Urbanese riders deliver orders by default. Vendors can request self-delivery from Urbanese.
• Cancellations need a reason, are only possible before an order is confirmed, and reduce your Trust Score.
• You must respond to refund requests within 2 hours; otherwise the refund is accepted automatically.
• You should prepare orders within the approximate delivery time you set.

6. Commission

• You choose a commission package at registration: testing base (12.5%), Pro (15%), Standard (20%) or Basic (399%). Terms and conditions apply.
• Every store is on the commission model, with no subscription and no product or order limits.

7. Wallet & payouts

• Add a disbursement method as soon as you’re approved; automatic payouts only go to stores that have one.
• Each delivered order’s earnings are held in a reserve: 90% released after 2 days and the 10% reserve after 7 days. Refunds are deducted from held earnings first.
• Automatic payouts run every day when your withdrawable balance is above Rs 0.00. Withdrawal requests can be made Monday to Friday and carry a 2% early disbursement fee.
• Cash in hand is owed to Urbanese and must be settled by wallet adjustment or Pay Now.

8. Marketing

• Social media marketing is included on joining.
• Urbanese may feature vendors in homepage banners, first-page placements and campaigns.
• Paid promotion is available through Order Ads in the seller app.

9. Changes

Urbanese may update these seller terms. The Amendments clause of the Urbanese Terms & Conditions applies.
