Overview
Stock is tracked for every business type except Urban Eats, which doesn’t count stock for menu items. Keeping stock accurate means customers only order what you can deliver.
Items list & stock updates
- Search, filter, edit, delete and switch items on or off.
- Update stock, including stock per variation.
- Set a maximum purchase quantity per order.
Low-stock warnings
Set a minimum stock for warning in your store options. Items at or below it (or at zero if you haven’t set one) appear in the Low Stock List and in a pop-up on your dashboard.
Product gallery
If Urbanese enables it, the Product Gallery shows 12 approved items from your business type. Use “Use this product info” to copy one into a new listing.
Flash sales
A read-only view of your products in Urbanese-run flash sales, with flash-sale quantity, discount, quantity sold and amount sold.
Open or close your store
Use Temporarily close for a one-click open or close. Markett, Used Products and Digital Services stores are always open.
