- Identity verification: address, ID document and number, proof of address

- Orders and order history
- Bank account or payout details
- Wallet and transaction records
- Device and app usage information
How we use it
- To create and verify your vendor account
- To show your store to customers and process orders
- To assign riders and enable delivery
- To pay you and keep financial records
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations
- To send order updates and important notifications
Who sees it
- Customers see your business details and listings.
- Riders assigned to your orders see the pickup details they need.
- Service providers such as payment processors, cloud hosting and SMS/email services.
- Authorities if required by law, court order or government authority.

How long we keep it
While your account is active, and afterwards as required for tax and financial compliance, to resolve disputes and to prevent fraud. You can request account deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
