Payments & Commission

Add your payout account first, then understand commission.

Add your payout account first

As soon as you’re approved, add a disbursement method under Wallet Management → Disbursement Method, and set one as default.

Your dashboard shows a reminder at the top until you do, and automatic payouts only go to stores that have one.

The commission model

Every store is on the commission model: no subscription to buy, and no product or order limits. Urbanese keeps a percentage of each order, and you can see your plan and rate under Business → My Business Plan and on My Shop.

Which package do I get?

Your package depends on how much you promote Urbanese to your own customers: the more you market Urbanese, the lower your commission. The lowest-rate package is for vendors who promote Urbanese most actively. The vendor team confirms your package with you.

Track earnings against commission

Your dashboard’s yearly chart shows your earnings and the commission paid, month by month.

How you’re paid

Earnings are held briefly in a reserve, then paid out automatically or on request. See Wallet & Settlements.
