Orders & Delivery
You do. New orders arrive as Pending in your Vendor Panel, and you confirm each one before it moves on to Processing.

For most business types the rider brings the item back and uploads a photo as proof. You confirm, or dispute the photo, and the order becomes Returned.
The order is offered to nearby customers at a discount. You’re paid in full and Urbanese covers the discount.
Payments & Wallet
Every store is on the commission model. There are 4 packages: testing base (12.5%), Pro (15%), Standard (20%) and Basic (399%). Your package depends on how much you promote Urbanese to your customers: the more you market Urbanese, the lower your commission. Terms and conditions apply. You can see your rate under Business → My Business Plan.
As soon as you’re approved. Add a disbursement method under Wallet Management → Disbursement Method. Your dashboard reminds you until you do, and automatic payouts only go to stores that have one.
Each delivered order’s earnings go into a reserve: 90% is released 2 days after delivery, and the remaining 10% reserve is released 7 days after delivery.
Automatic payouts run every day for stores with a disbursement method and a withdrawable balance above Rs 0.00. You can also request a withdrawal Monday to Friday; a 2% early disbursement fee applies to withdrawal requests.
Use Wallet adjustment to net your cash in hand against your earnings, or Pay Now to pay the collected cash to Urbanese online.
