Store & Product Listings
Add items, use the AI assistant and AI Product Listing, bulk import, and set up your store page.
Overview
Add items under Item Management → Items → Add New. The form adapts to your business type, so you only see the fields that apply to you. Commission-plan stores have no product limits, and listings are currently free.
Set by UrbaneseUrbanese can switch off item management for a store. If it’s off, adding or importing items shows “permission denied”.
Item fields

From the items list you can also mark an item as Recommended and switch it on or off.
AI assistant & AI Product Listing
AI assistant
In the item form, describe the product or upload a photo. Generate buttons fill the title and description, category and general info, and price and stock. Keywords help steer the results.
AI Product Listing
Upload a catalogue and AI extracts your products: an image such as a menu photo, a PDF or a Word file (each up to 10 MB), or a website link. Recent uploads shows the status (Uploaded, Extracted, Needs review).
Product approval
New items are reviewed by Urbanese before they’re published. You’ll see “The product will be published once it receives approval from the admin”.
- Pending Item List shows items under review and rejected items with the reason.
- Use Edit & Resubmit to fix and send a rejected item again.
- Products created by AI Product Listing are also sent for approval.
Bulk import & export
- Download the templateEmpty, or filled with your current items.
- Upload images firstUpload to the gallery and paste the paths into the sheet. Image file names can be at most 30 characters.
- Fill it inA variation generator creates variation columns for you. All types except Urban Eats can also use the variation-block template.
- UploadThe file limit is 10 MB.
Bulk Export downloads everything, a date range or an ID range to Excel.
Categories & add-ons
- Categories and sub-categories are managed by Urbanese. You can view and export them, and choose from them when adding items.
- Add-ons (Urban Eats): name in each language, price and add-on category. Attach them to items in the item form.
Your store page & SEO
- My Shop: name and address in each language, contact number (10–20 digits), logo and cover photo.
- Announcement: a message shown on your store page. Write it before you switch it on.
- SEO (Store Config): meta title (50–60 characters recommended), description (120–160) and a 2:1 share image such as 800×400.
