Understanding your balances
| Balance | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Withdrawable balance | What you can request now. |
| Reserved balance | Recent order earnings still on hold. |
| Pending withdraw | Requests waiting for Urbanese to approve. |
| Total withdrawn | Everything paid out so far. |
| Cash in hand | Cash-on-delivery money you collected yourself (e.g. take-away or self-delivery), which you owe to Urbanese. |
| Total earning | Your released earnings after commission. |
The reserve

Every order has its own timer. A refund is taken from that order’s held share first, then from released earnings. Reserve History shows every hold, release and refund deduction.
Getting paid
- Disbursement methods: add payout accounts, such as a bank account, and set one as default. See how.
- Automatic payouts run every day for stores with a disbursement method and a withdrawable balance above Rs 0.00.
- Withdraw request: Monday to Friday. A 2% early disbursement fee is taken off the transfer.

| Expense report | Costs your store carried: free delivery, coupon, product and flash-sale discounts, per order. |
| Disbursement report | Payouts: pending, completed or cancelled. |
| VAT / tax report | Tax per order and totals by tax type. |
Filter by week, month, year, previous year, all time or a custom range, and export to Excel or CSV.
