Urbanese is an all-in-one convenience platform, offering food, groceries, medicines, parcels and local services in one app. For businesses, it’s a multi-category marketplace: you can reach customers with very different needs without joining several separate platforms.
Three apps, one marketplace
Urbanese runs three connected apps, each built for one group of people.
Vendors
Shops, restaurants and service providers use the Urbanese Seller Centre app and website to manage orders, products, prices, stock and availability.
Customers
Customers use the Urbanese app to order food, shop for groceries, get medicines, send parcels and book local services, with real-time tracking.
Riders
Delivery partners use the Urbanese Rider app to receive delivery requests across categories, with zone-based navigation.

Urbanese riders deliver your orders, so you don’t need drivers of your own. You can also request self-delivery from Urbanese and use your own riders. Delivery Options
